Personal Assistant Needed for a Woman in Falköping
You will have the opportunity to work as a personal assistant for me, a woman in her mid-30s living in my own home. I am blind, have a mild hearing impairment, and have an intellectual disability. It is an asset if you have previously worked with people with communication difficulties, but it is not a requirement. What matters most is your commitment and genuine interest in contributing to an improved quality of life for me. We will get along well if you also have a sense of humor and enjoy doing fun things, as I like to stay active. You will be with me during daytime activities and all my leisure activities, and help me manage my home and personal hygiene. As a person, I see you as cheerful and positive, calm, attentive, and responsible. You must be a non-smoker and a driver's license is required. 1 long-term temporary position at approximately 89% with working hours arranged in longer shifts during day/evening, as well as overnight shifts with sleeping on-call on both weekdays and weekends. The employment level can be adjusted to some extent. A large part of the work is done together with my other assistants (both men and women) since there is dual assistance during day and evening hours.
