The courses are primarily aimed at beginners, so the most important thing is that you can teach basic steps and simple dances in a way that is understandable and fun. As an instructor, you are responsible for leading the sessions. You help the group build their knowledge step by step at a steady pace and ensure there is a clear structure. You need to be able to adapt the approach based on the group, so that participants feel secure and can keep up. We are looking for someone with personal experience in line dance and who enjoys sharing your knowledge. You don't need to have worked as an instructor before, but it's an advantage if you feel comfortable with groups and have a pedagogical approach. This is a temporary position with hourly pay.
