About Us Dals Ängar is a modern and home-like senior living facility with 60 apartments distributed across six units and three floors. You will work with a fantastic team that constantly strives to achieve good quality care. We are now looking for someone who wants to give that little extra so our elderly can enjoy their stay at our facility during the summer months. About the Position As a temporary staff member, your work will involve providing good care to the elderly. You will work from a person-centered approach and will perform the following tasks: • Receive medication delegation from the registered nurse • Conduct enjoyable activities • Handle documentation and incident reports • Together with your colleagues, take overall responsibility for planning and distributing work tasks • Maintain clear communication with HSL staff; registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses Working Hours and Employment Level: Varying hours. Day/evening/weekend/night shifts. Salary: We apply individual salary setting; other compensation according to collective agreement Start Date: By agreement. Who Are You? We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant or care assistant with experience from senior living facilities or home care services. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are equally important. For you to thrive in a temporary position, we believe you are a social person who wants to spread joy and create well-being for those around you. A smile or kind word can make someone else's day much better.
