Your responsibilities will include: - Managing daily operations of the restaurant and other food & beverage outlets at the resort - Responsibility for service quality and guest satisfaction - Leading, motivating, and developing the service team in cooperation with the head chef and resort management - Scheduling shifts and organizing work efficiently - Active presence during operations and team support during busy shifts - Overseeing breakfast service, half-board, à la carte operations, bar service, and other services according to resort focus - Coordinating food & beverage arrangements for corporate, social, and private events - Collaborating with the head chef on menu development, beverage offerings, and seasonal specialties - Establishing and monitoring service standards, presentation, and guest communication - Responsibility for food & beverage financial results - Monitoring revenue, costs, margins, labor productivity, and other operational metrics - Overseeing warehouse management, inventory counts, loss minimization, and system operations - Supplier coordination and quality control of ordered products - Addressing guest feedback and operational issues - Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal policies - Collaborating with reception, sales department, and resort management.
