The role suits you if you want to work practically with service, troubleshooting and repairs, but who can also assist at the customer reception and help with work estimates when the workshop is busy. About the Role As a vehicle technician at Gränsverkstad Charlottenberg, you work with service, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on various car brands and models. You'll become an important part of a cohesive team where everyone helps to make daily operations run as smoothly as possible. Beyond the practical work in the workshop, you'll also be able to support the customer reception. This includes customer contact, understanding their needs and helping to assess and estimate work and repairs when workload is high. It's therefore important that you're someone who can switch between different tasks and who enjoys varied work. Your Main Responsibilities Service, repairs and maintenance of passenger vehicles Troubleshooting and vehicle diagnostics Diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems Performing quality repairs on various car brands and models Receive and assist customers as needed Assist at the customer reception during periods of high workload Assess and estimate work and repairs Communicate with customers regarding repairs and recommended maintenance Collaborate with colleagues to plan and optimize work Contribute to high quality, good service and satisfied customers We're Looking for Someone Who We believe you have at least three years of experience as a vehicle technician or automotive mechanic and a solid practical understanding of how a modern car repair shop operates.
