Production Team Lead
You will fulfill the production plan for your assigned workplace in the required quality, quantity, packaging, and time. You will lead and coordinate your team of subordinates. You will report on the completion of assigned tasks. You are responsible for continuous improvement of shift targets. You will promptly and efficiently resolve discrepancies and complaints. You will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. You will hand over your workplace in good order to the next shift. You will work with us in small teams where we will train you in everything, in a clean and modern environment. The work is light, with products of low weight. We will provide you with work clothing and protective equipment. We expect from you reliability, diligence, responsibility, carefulness, adherence to work procedures, willingness to learn new things, and active collaboration within the team.
