First Line Support
Do you want to be first on the ball when our customers need fast, reliable, and qualified help? As a First Line technician at Norteam, you'll be the first point of contact for end users across several different customers. You handle tickets, provide initial responses, and perform basic troubleshooting — and ensure that the right issues are escalated in a timely manner. The work takes place in our service desk with clear procedures, ticket categorization, and collaboration flows with customers and third parties. You'll have the opportunity to establish yourself in our internal, highly competent support organization. You work closely with others in first line, and have daily contact with second line, third line, and our operations organization. Your Mission Receive tickets via phone, email, chat, and ticket management system, and log, update, prioritize, and escalate as needed. Perform initial troubleshooting within Microsoft 365/Office, account management (e.g., lockouts/MFA), client and software issues, simple server-related incidents, and service disruptions. Configure and prepare computers with Intune for shipment to customer. Onboard users and devices in M365 We believe you Have approximately 1-3 years of experience from a service desk/helpdesk supporting various customers from a broad technical perspective. Are a technical generalist with the ability to contribute to many different issues. Are comfortable in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) and Entra ID/Azure AD, and have practical experience with device management and policies (configuration profiles, compliance, security, updates). Can prioritize smartly, document clearly, and provide a calm, instructive approach in every interaction. Are naturally service-oriented with a sense for quality and responsiveness in communication with both our customers and your internal colleagues. Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Particularly Valuable Networking: basic troubleshooting of client networks, Wi-Fi/SSID, DNS/DHCP, printers; simple management of access points/firewall-related questions. Certifications such as MD-102 or MS-900. Working Hours and Weekends The role is based on regular office hours (08-17), but may also include scheduled weekend work in a rotating arrangement. It's not every weekend and not every other weekend, but sporadically according to plan with clear notice. Frequency and compensation will be specified in discussion before employment starts.
