Initial contact via email. Job Description: Manage comprehensive payroll operations and perform independent payroll calculations. Handle maternity leave pay compensation calculations, conduct annual payroll tax reconciliations upon employee request, and have practical experience submitting JMHZ forms. Requirements: - Secondary education in economics or higher vocational education - Knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations - Minimum 3 years of payroll accounting experience - Experience in public benefit organizations welcome - Logical thinking, ability to work independently and as part of a team - Responsibility, time flexibility, and willingness to continue learning - Clean criminal and moral record - PC skills; experience with Vema payroll software is an advantage Expected Start Date: October 1, 2026, or by agreement Salary Grade: 10th pay grade Employment will be on a full-time basis for a fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
