Job Description: Comprehensive management of payroll operations and independent salary calculations. Managing compensation calculations for maternity/parental leave, conducting annual tax reconciliations on employee request, practical experience with JMHZ submissions. Requirements for the Position: - Secondary education in economics or higher specialized education - Knowledge of labor law and payroll regulations - Minimum 3 years of experience as a payroll accountant - Experience in a public institution environment preferred - Logical thinking, ability to work independently and as part of a team - Responsibility, time flexibility, and willingness to continue learning - Clean criminal and moral record - PC literacy, experience with Vema payroll software advantageous Expected Start Date: October 1, 2026, or by agreement Salary Grade: 10th pay grade Employment will be on a full-time basis (1.00 FTE), for a fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
