JOB DUTIES In your role as an employee with us, you will work with personal care, everyday tasks such as cleaning and laundry, social activities, medication management and representative roles. The work also includes active contact person responsibilities, implementation plans and social documentation. Our operations run day, evening and night as well as weekdays and weekends. We have close collaboration here in Kälarne between Home Care, the elderly care facility Tallgläntan and the night patrol. QUALIFICATIONS It is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant and if you have experience with contact person responsibilities, implementation plans, BPSD and are familiar with the LifeCare systems.
