As a customer service representative, you will become an important part of an engaged team that is Borgholm Energi's face to the outside and that works daily to give our customers the best possible experience. From customer service, you work closely with our other operations and at Borgholm Energi, we help each other. We provide a unique range of operations within the same group and help our customers with matters in Water and Sewage, Recycling and Waste, Electricity Grid, District Heating, and Properties and Facilities. With us, no two days are alike, which is why we are looking for someone who is flexible and unafraid to handle new challenges. In the role, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and visits from our customers, with responsibility for receiving, investigating, and providing feedback on cases to the customer. The work involves a varied daily routine where it is important that you are comfortable working in a structured manner and maintaining focus even when many things happen at once. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education who expresses themselves well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are service-minded, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping people. With a professional, empathetic, and attentive approach, you create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be thorough, responsible, and have good planning skills. You are familiar with working with computers and digital tools and find it easy to learn new systems and tasks. You can handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize when the pace is high, and work both independently and with others. You have a positive attitude toward change and new ways of working as well as a desire to learn and develop. Experience in customer service, administration, or the energy sector is advantageous.
