In addition to close collaboration with your colleagues, you will also meet all managers in the municipality at our management meetings, where we build valuable contacts and learn from each other. In addition to our management meetings, we offer the municipality's managers competence development in leadership and leadership training (UL, UGL). In this role, you report to the Social Services Manager and work closely with the management of the operations. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As MAR, you are responsible for ensuring good and safe rehabilitation within the municipality's health and medical care. You work on behalf of the board and operations management and have overall responsibility for quality and patient safety within the rehabilitation field. Your work tasks include, among other things: · Ensure that rehabilitation measures are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations · Develop, follow up, and ensure the quality of rehabilitation processes · Develop and implement guidelines, procedures, and working methods · Follow up on deviations, investigate incidents, and contribute to improvement work · Provide support to the operations' managers and licensed personnel · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders The assignment also includes responsibility for the municipality's central meeting place. You will: · Be the direct manager of meeting place staff and activity coordinators · Collaborate with associations, volunteer organizations, and other partners · Contribute to the development of the municipality's meeting places and gathering spaces · Work to strengthen social community, participation, and preventive health · Follow up on the operations' goals, results, and quality QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: - Is a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist - Has experience with rehabilitation in municipal health and medical care - Has good knowledge of health and medical care legislation and relevant regulations - Has experience with quality, development, and change management work - Is used to working independently and in a structured manner - Enjoys a role where you combine quality, development, and operational work. Has good collaboration skills and an ability to build relationships - Is pedagogical and confident in guiding others It is a merit if you: - Have experience in MAR assignments or similar strategic functions - Have experience in project management, operations development, or coordination assignments - Have experience in leading health-promoting activities If we have caught your interest, we look forward to hearing from you! Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date: Start date by mutual agreement. The position is filled on the condition that required decisions are made. Working hours: Daytime. Anyone offered work, assignment, or internship in elderly care must present an extract from the police's criminal record register. The register extract to be used is: "Work in the home with elderly and people with disabilities", via the police authority's e-service. The extracts must not be older than six months. The criminal record check is a prerequisite for being able to start the employment or assignment.
