JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a registered nurse at our orthopedic/surgical clinic in Bollnäs, you will work in a varied and developmental setting with daytime clinic work, Monday through Friday. Evening clinics are part of the assignment. The role involves a combination of administrative and patient-centered tasks, where you are responsible for planning, coordination, and nursing care interventions. The work is varied and requires a good ability to handle periods with high pace. You will be part of a committed team that together works to provide patients with safe and high-quality care. You will primarily work daytime hours Monday through Friday, but the position includes rotation shifts where approximately 20 percent of your working time is allocated to operations that run 24/7, including holidays. Nurse for Staffing Pool, Bollnäs
The Staffing Unit is part of the HR Department and is tasked with supporting Region Gävleborg's operations with short-term staffing. As a pool-employed nurse, you will be introduced to several of our care units, including orthopedics, internal medicine, and cardiology.
