About the Position We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our operation. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will work with: • Providing individual support, care, and service interventions • Planning and implementing activities with the client • Carrying out delegated health and medical care tasks Terms of Employment We are now looking for an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time (100%) and working hours vary across day, evening, and weekend shifts. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. The start date is by agreement. Who Are You? As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position as a residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and attentiveness. It is very important that you have experience and/or can interact with people with various types of issues, such as aggressive behavior, compulsive behaviors, or substance abuse issues within mental health and psychiatric care. Great weight will therefore be placed on personal suitability.
