About the Role As a residential support worker, you work based on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with other team members, you work toward making each day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide residents with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the role is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time.
