About the Position As a server at Hotel Riviera Strand, you are an important part of the guest experience, from the first hello to the last impression. Your Main Responsibilities Prepare tables and other service areas as well as buffets by setting up and ensuring that everything is clean, neat, and well-organized. Answer questions about food and beverages, explain origins and ingredient lists, and recommend suitable drinks. Receive and relay orders to the kitchen and inform about allergies and special requests. Ensure that the guest receives a correct bill and that payment is made by the guest according to current price lists. Follow the company's rules, routines, and policies. About the Position This is an as-needed hourly position with a start date to be agreed upon. Working hours vary and are adapted to the restaurant's opening hours. During certain shifts, you work independently and are expected to take significant responsibility for daily operations and guest experience. Your Main Responsibilities We're looking for someone with good or some serving experience. You enjoy providing service to people and want to work with us and develop your skills. Mamas Italian is an Italian meeting place in Båstad harbor. Coffee, snacks, and lunch are served in a warm atmosphere. During the summer months, simple summer dinners are also offered. Pepes Bodega is a relaxed restaurant and bar where summer never ends. The menu features pizza, burgers, and small dishes from all around the world. Beverages are served in pitchers with playful touches and service is quick. At Pepes Bodega, it's vacation all year round!
