Senior Planner for Primavera P6
· Develop detailed baseline/master programs in Primavera P6 based on client requirements and secure approval from clients/engineers. · Create tender programs aligned with project requirements. · Integrate cost and resource loading into the program. · Generate manpower histograms, KPIs, SPI, CPI, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts. · Monitor project progress, update schedules weekly, and report potential delays, risks, and recommend corrective actions. · Previous data center experience preferred · Conduct critical path and float analysis and develop recovery strategies for identified schedule risks. · Coordinate with clients, vendors, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely information flow. · Attend weekly meetings with clients and other stakeholders. · Manage schedule impacts due to project changes and communicate associated risks. · Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) to track performance and generate reports. · Ensure adherence to industry standards and conduct program health checks. · Review subcontractor schedules and prepare site look-ahead and construction schedules. · Track design progress, procurement status, and long-lead items. · Prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and Extension of Time (EOT) claims. · Prepare target and mitigation programs to address delays and ensure project objectives are met. · Prepare & Issue weekly and monthly reports for clients and management. · Mentor junior planners and promote continuous process improvements. · Execute any additional project related tasks as instructed by the Project Director or Planning Lead.

We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to support the delivery of large-scale construction and data centre projects in Horndal, Sweden. This role sits at the centre of project delivery, risk management and safety leadership — ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with both company and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture, support compliance activities and contribute to the successful delivery of technically complex projects. What you'll be doing • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS policies, procedures and management systems across projects • Ensuring compliance with Swedish construction regulations, industry standards and company requirements • Conducting regular site inspections, audits and safety walks • Reviewing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and permit-to-work processes • Monitoring contractor EHS performance and supporting corrective and preventive actions • Supporting incident investigations, reporting activities and root cause analysis • Preparing and maintaining EHS documentation, records and project reports • Working closely with project, commercial, procurement and delivery teams on EHS-related matters • Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and supporting EHS training initiatives • Promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across site teams What we're looking for We're looking for proactive safety professionals with strong communication skills, practical construction experience and a passion for creating safe working environments.
