Job Duties As a cleaner in home care, you are responsible for creating a clean, pleasant, and safe home environment for our clients. The work is performed with a person-centered approach and adapted to the client's needs, wishes, and approved assistance decisions. Your main tasks include: Vacuuming and wet cleaning floors Dusting and cleaning surfaces Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Changing and making beds Laundry and other related services as needed Window cleaning Reporting and documentation according to operational procedures You work independently in clients' homes and are responsible for maintaining high and consistent cleaning quality. Respectful treatment is very important. After completing the cleaning, you review the results together with the client and ensure they are satisfied. Qualifications Have experience with cleaning, preferably home cleaning. Are thorough, responsible, and service-oriented. Can work independently and plan your work. Have a respectful and professional demeanor. Speak and write Swedish well, as the work involves client contact and some documentation. Have a B driver's license. Employment Type The position begins as hourly employment as needed. For the right person, there is an opportunity to transition to a probationary employment.
