Order and E-Commerce Coordinator
Do you want a broad role and be part of keeping our daily e-commerce operations running smoothly? We're looking for someone who enjoys being the hub of activity and thrives in a day where tasks vary. You appreciate structure and administration, but also enjoy working with e-commerce, customers, and content.
One moment you're placing an order with a supplier or following up on a delivery, the next you're helping a customer or updating a product in our web shop.
About the Role
As a Digital Coordinator, you'll have a central role in the daily operations of our e-commerce. You'll help keep the flow together from purchasing and inventory to orders, customer service, and web shop. We're a small team, so the role is broad and can develop over time. This also means you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, share ideas, and influence how we work.
Your tasks will include:
Orders & Logistics – handle incoming orders, create purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
Purchasing & Inventory – place orders with our suppliers based on needs and stock levels, and ensure the right products are in stock.
Customer Service – help customers via phone and email, and handle returns and complaints.
E-Commerce – manage and update products, prices, descriptions, and other information in the web shop.
Systems & Administration – work in our various systems and ensure information and workflows are aligned.
Content – when needed, assist with content and other creative tasks related to e-commerce.
Who We Think You Are
You're organized and thorough and enjoy getting things to work. You don't need a manual for everything you do; instead, you're comfortable figuring things out on your own, solving problems, and following through until they're done. Since we're a small team, we also believe you enjoy variety and are flexible when needed. Not every day looks the same, and sometimes you simply need to pitch in where it's needed most.
We believe you:
Have 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, administration, customer service, or similar work.
Are comfortable working in digital systems and quickly pick up new ones.
Express yourself very well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Are self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership.
Are thorough and have an eye for detail.
Enjoy customer contact and are good at finding solutions.
If you've previously worked with Shopify, Fortnox, or Ongoing, that's a big plus. However, you don't need to know everything from the start. For us, it's just as important that you're curious, learn quickly, and enjoy getting things done.
