She is an outgoing and cheerful person who loves to laugh, enjoys humor, music, dance, and various activities such as going to cafés, swimming, or spending time in nature. There is both a dog and a cat at home, so applicants should not have pet allergies. Sometimes you will accompany her home to spend time with her family—for example, attending her teenage siblings' sports activities. We are looking for someone who is confident, independent, and takes initiative easily. You are attentive, observant, and have a good ability to read situations. It is important that you help the young woman maintain and develop her physical and mental abilities. The woman has a congenital neurological condition, which means that functions such as language, memory, and motor skills gradually decline. As an assistant, you need to be observant of changes in symptoms and behavior. Currently, no medication delegation is required, but this may become necessary in the future. Working hours and qualifications: The position involves work on a rotating schedule with day and night shifts (overnight awake shifts). It is preferred that the entire work shift is smoke-free.
