Do you want to work in a technical and important role where structure, precision, and systems thinking make a significant difference in projects? Granitor is now seeking a designer/constructor within building automation for our office in Årsta. Here you'll have a central role in the project delivery team and become important support to project managers and colleagues in creating smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable building technology solutions.
As a designer, you'll work closely with projects and contribute with documentation, design, and technical materials that ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle. This role suits you if you have a background in building automation, alternatively HVAC or electrical engineering, and if you enjoy combining technology, organization, and problem-solving.

Work Tasks
As a designer, you'll work on-site from our Årsta office and support project managers and project teams with design work in contract projects within building automation. The role is varied and involves developing, compiling, and ensuring the technical materials needed for projects to be executed efficiently and with high quality.
Examples of work tasks:
Prepare material specifications
Design control panels
Compile material orders
Prepare and update I/O lists
Work with operation and maintenance manuals
Support project managers with technical materials and documentation
Collaborate with project managers, technicians, programmers, and installers
Contribute to structure, quality, and clarity in project documentation
The role is based at our Årsta office, where you'll work closely with project managers and other colleagues within building automation.
We're Looking for You:
Have experience or knowledge in building automation, alternatively an HVAC or electrical engineering background
Have good technical understanding and interest in building technology systems
Are structured, precise, and have good organizational skills
Enjoy working with technical materials, documentation, and design
Can communicate fluently in Swedish and have good understanding of technical documentation
Have good computer skills and easily grasp technical systems and work methods
Merits:
Experience with design in building automation
Knowledge of HVAC systems, control and automation technology, or electrical installations
Experience preparing control panels, I/O lists, material specifications, or operation/maintenance documentation
Familiarity with contract projects
Experience with relevant CAD, design, or documentation tools
