Store Associate Wanted for Martin & Servera Store in Årsta, Extra Position

Can you sell with care? Are you passionate about sales? Do you have an interest in food and want to help create an inspiring store experience that keeps our customers satisfied? We're now looking for you—whether you're studying or working part-time—for an extra store associate position at our Årsta location. We're recruiting extra staff as needed, which means you could become an important addition to our team during, for example, sick leave, weekends, Christmas, other holidays, and periods with higher workload. We'd love it if you're flexible and can step in with short notice when needed. If you want to combine work with studies, another part-time job, or other commitments, this is an opportunity for a varied and social side job. Restaurants, cafés, food trucks, companies, and organizations are some of our customers who shop at our stores. We're open 6 AM–8 PM on weekdays and 8 AM–6 PM on weekends. Our selection is broad and includes everything from kitchen equipment to fresh produce like fruits and vegetables. Many of our customers shop with us because they find our staff knowledgeable and helpful—and we want to inspire our customers even more in the future! Cashier work – give our customers professional and friendly service. Stock picking and replenishment – ensure the store is always well-stocked, clean, and inspiring. Customer service – meet our customers with engagement, knowledge, and a smile, and always represent Martin & Servera in the best way. We believe you'll succeed in this role if you: Have an interest in food, service, and sales. Enjoy a social and fast-paced work environment. Are flexible and able to work extra when needed, for example, evenings, weekends, Christmas, and other holidays. Have experience from a grocery store (advantageous). Have experience with product display in stores and enjoy creating inspiring, sales-driven store environments (advantageous). Have a forklift license (advantageous).
