About the Position We are currently seeking a mentor/support person for a family in Älvsjö, Stockholm About Us NPF Barnvakten offers childcare, homework help, and mentors to families with children within NPF. NPF stands for neuropsychiatric disability, and the most common conditions are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome, and Language disorders. Our goal is to help as many people as possible with special needs, and therefore you will receive internal training in NPF before you begin your first assignment. The assignment primarily involves providing secure support in the morning and late morning, creating structure and motivation for school attendance. If needed, support can also include help with schoolwork and other activities later in the day. Number and age of children: 1 child, 15 years old Days and times: Every weekday, every other week. The assignment is primarily mornings, approx. 08.00-11.00, but it would be very desirable if you have flexibility to stay until 14.00-15.00 on certain days. Desired start date: Immediately The mentoring takes place primarily at the family's home.
