About the Role As a group manager, your primary responsibility is to coach and work in daily care activities alongside your team. This means you are a role model for your staff and through your strong commitment, you create a good working climate in the group every day. You work daytime, weekends, and evenings. Close Leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, providing leadership, giving feedback, and affirming your staff in everyday situations. You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. Participation: As a group manager you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group. About Villa Näs Villa Näs is located in one of Österåker municipality's most beautiful areas with views over fields and Täljövik's coastal meadows. Villa Näs is a residence with a total of 60 places. The building is three stories high with two departments per floor and common areas on the ground floor. Villa Näs has 50 places for elderly people with dementia and 10 nursing care places. We offer individually adapted care with heart, integrity, and choice, and we place great focus on activities for our residents. This can include, for example, walks, exercise classes, bingo games, Friday pub, and of course celebrating our regular holidays. Activities Coordinator: We work systematically with activities and have an activities coordinator who develops and carries out meaningful activities with our residents. Dementia Certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and interaction through Demensakademin. You will also undergo this training. Needs-Based Scheduling: We use needs-based scheduling. This means that you and your staff have the opportunity to influence working hours based on needs and preferences. We schedule for 10 weeks at a time. Young Care: We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg carries out various activities with us to add that extra special touch to the lives of our residents. Your Experience and Knowledge You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is an advantage for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
