Experienced construction worker wanted at IPaD AB – with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role IPaD AB – from idea to move-in IPaD AB is a growing company that works with the entire construction process – from the initial idea to completed building and move-in. We help our clients from when they have identified a need to change or develop their property, through idea and planning, design and building permits, to project execution. Within the company, we have both architectural and structural engineering expertise, and therefore often take full responsibility for the project. Our goal is simple: the client should get the functionality they are missing while feeling secure throughout the entire project. Now we are growing and seeking an experienced construction worker who wants to become an important part of our team. About the position We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry who is confident in your professional role. Because we are a smaller company, we work closely together and everyone needs to be prepared to help wherever needed. One day you might work hands-on in production and the next day be involved in planning or solving a practical challenge on the construction site. For the right person, there is an opportunity in the long term to develop into a leadership role with responsibility for employees, subcontractors, and daily production on the construction site. Therefore, we believe you are a person who is not only a skilled craftsman, but also has an interest in taking responsibility, planning, and getting others to work together toward a good result. We are looking for someone who Has at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry Is hands-on and confident in your craft Has a good understanding of the construction process and can work independently Is used to taking responsibility and solving problems on site Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working together with others Has the ambition to lead a group and take responsibility for production on the construction site in the long term Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Has good English skills since we regularly work with foreign subcontractors Holds a driver's license (category B) As a person, you are Attuned, responsible, and engaged in your profession. You enjoy doing good work, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
