Where you will work Muskötvägen elderly care facility consists of four departments divided into dementia care, somatic care, and a short-term care unit. You will be one of four registered nurses working at Muskötvägen. The facility is beautifully situated, just a stone's throw from Margretelunds center. The back of the building overlooks a forest area with lots of greenery and provides residents with the opportunity to use a large pergola and many seating areas for socializing and activities. Who are you? You are responsible, independent, and comfortable making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff on health and care matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing patient care in the best possible way together with your colleagues. Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with family members and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, physicians, and possibly other contacts, both internal and external, to ensure high-quality care. Our nurses are part of the local management team and are engaged in quality and operational development work. Job Description We are currently seeking a colleague on a part-time basis for a temporary position at 90% employment level, starting 2026-09-23 through 2027-02-01. At Enebacken there is also a day activity center where we offer activities and support for our participants. Who are you?
