About the Job As a senior mechanic at Kvdbil, you'll have an important and varied role where you work hands-on with different types of vehicles. You work independently with diagnostics, service, and repairs, and you're also involved in planning and preparing workshop operations. In this role, you'll have many points of contact and collaborate closely with workshop colleagues and other departments at Kvdbil. As a senior mechanic, you'll also be an important part of creating structure and efficient work methods in daily operations. You will, among other things: Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic tools Carry out service work and repairs with a focus on high quality Quote workshop work Schedule workshop tasks in the Winassist workshop system Contribute to efficient work methods The work is initially based at our facility in Åkersberga. In spring 2027, operations will move to a completely new and state-of-the-art facility in Bro, just outside Stockholm. The move gives you the opportunity to be part of an exciting development journey and benefit from a workshop with new workflows and improved conditions for diagnostics, service, and repair. The new test hall with dual flows also creates excellent opportunities to work efficiently and in an organized manner. We're Looking for You With: Vehicle technology education or equivalent experience 4-5 years of experience with troubleshooting, service, and repair of various vehicles Good knowledge of diagnostic tools Good knowledge of modern vehicle technology Class B driver's license (additional licenses are a merit) Good ability to read and understand technical documentation in Swedish Basic computer skills for documentation and use of workshop systems It's a merit if you have experience with the Winassist workshop system, but it's not required. Maintenance Technician for Rehabilitation Products
We are now seeking a handy, practical, and detail-oriented person for one of our clients in northern Stockholm. You will primarily work with reconditioning and servicing assistive devices within rehabilitation, mainly manual wheelchairs and work chairs. Job Duties Your job duties may include: Cleaning and disinfecting assistive devices Inspection and minor adjustments of, for example, brakes, wheels, and seating systems Replacement of worn or damaged parts Functional testing and quality control Reconditionering and servicing of wheels and other components We Are Looking For You You do not need any previous experience, as you will receive on-site training. To be a good fit for the role, it is important that you are a quick learner, practically minded, and can quickly get up to speed with the tasks. You are thorough and have an eye for detail, as the assistive devices need to be clean, safe, and functioning correctly when they leave the facility. This is a full-time consulting position starting immediately. Working hours are Monday-Friday 07-16 but may vary.
