As a property maintenance worker in external care, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining outdoor environments, which enhances tenant satisfaction in our residential areas. Examples of work tasks include: - maintenance of green spaces - trimming bushes and plants - snow removal - waste management In your role, you'll be responsible for one or more residential areas, giving you great freedom to plan your work independently. You typically work independently but are also part of a work team, and we help each other across areas when needed. Your duties may also include cleaning stairwells, trash rooms, and common areas. We are now seeking two property maintenance workers who can cover two different periods. One position runs until December 2026 and the other until October 2027. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who: - has completed upper secondary education. If you have training in property maintenance, that's a plus. - has previous experience with similar work tasks and is experienced operating and using machines. - holds a driver's license (Category B) - is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written As a property maintenance worker, you'll be Uppsalahem's face to the public. Uppsala Pastorat Uppsala Pastorat consists of five parishes with shared governance and leadership. Together we want to be the local church for 180,000 residents of Uppsala.
