Your Assignment We are now seeking two student workers for our Studentstaden district who want to help manage Uppsalahem's student housing. As a student worker, you'll become part of the Studentstaden management team. Together with your teammates and colleagues in the district, you'll handle administrative and financial tasks, as well as everything related to tenants—from inspections and leasing to other ongoing matters during the rental cycle. You'll also work proactively on safety issues and maintain good communication with our tenants. What is a Student Worker? As a student worker, you study at university or college while performing qualified work for us. You'll be offered a flexible position with up to 15 hours of work per week. The employment is designed so you can combine full-time studies with your work at Uppsalahem. You'll work on the same tasks as our regular staff but with some adjustment for your limited working hours. We're Looking for You If You: study at a university or college have a B-class driver's license have good knowledge of Swedish and English It's a merit if you're studying a field related to the work or if you have previous work experience in the real estate industry.
