Who are you? We believe you are someone who takes pride in getting a plant to run well. You are confident in your professional role and enjoy the combination of technology, problem-solving, and responsibility. To succeed in the role, you need to have: Experience with operations work from combined heat and power plants, heating plants, or other process industries Experience operating boilers and working with process monitoring Understanding of how different parts of the process affect each other Ability to work independently and make operational decisions A humble approach where you enjoy sharing your experience B-level driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Experience with grate boilers, reclaimed wood/wood chips, or combined heat and power production with district heating, electricity, or steam is a merit. Why choose Solør Bioenergi? Maybe you're happy where you are today but feel you want a greater opportunity to make an impact. Maybe you want to work in an operation where experience is valued and where we have a short path from idea to decision? With us you get: Work with a real combined heat and power plant where your experience is needed Become part of a smaller and cohesive team Be close to both the technology and the decisions The opportunity to influence how we develop our working methods A workplace where people help each other and have fun together Generous working time reduction Wellness benefits Good insurance and employment terms We're not just looking for someone who can manage operations today, we're looking for a colleague who wants to help build the operation forward with us.
