As part of the Quality Sight System team, which currently consists of five colleagues alongside other specialists and engineers, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your main focus will be on our automated production line. Our customers include both military and civilian sectors, such as hunting and sport shooting. As an assembler or operator, you will work hands-on in a structured production environment. You rotate between stations and perform tasks that require concentration, precision, and fine motor skills. The position is at Aimpoint in Malmö Working hours – shift rotation: Week 1 (Morning shift): Monday–Thursday 06.00–14.20, Friday 06.00–12.00 Week 2 (Evening shift): Monday–Thursday 14.20–22.40, Friday 12.00–18.00 Are you the one? We are looking for someone who enjoys working with precision and quality. If you have hobbies or experience where fine motor skills play an important role – for example, makeup, model building, weapon maintenance, electronics, or gaming – that is a big plus.
