As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the broad and complex area of personnel matters. As an ELSA nurse, you are employed on a permanent basis, but you work in different departments to broaden your competence. You typically work for six or twelve months in each department before moving on. Changes in placement occur on March 1 and September 1. As an ELSA nurse, you are part of the department's regular staffing during your time there; you are not in addition to regular staff. As an ELSA nurse, the work is varied and suits you if you are curious and enjoy trying new things! The role is suitable for you as a newly graduated nurse who has not yet decided which area you want to work in, but also for you as an experienced nurse who wants to expand your competence or try something new for a period.
