Speech-Language Pathologist Teacher
Ādažu novada pirmsskolas izglītības iestāde "Strautiņš" invites you to work as a preschool education speech-language pathologist on a fixed-term basis Position Objective: Provide language correction and development activities for the institution's students. Requirements for Candidates: • Higher pedagogical education and a teacher speech-language pathologist qualification, or higher education and a speech-language pathologist or audiologist qualification, in accordance with Regulation No. 569 of the Cabinet of Ministers; • Excellent knowledge of the state language; • Ability to independently plan and organize work with students, their parents, and colleagues; • Sense of responsibility, discipline, precision, ability to justify decisions made or actions taken; • Communication skills, ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct diagnosis of students' speech, language, and writing disorders; perform language disorder correction and development activities and prevention; • Conduct research on student speech development dynamics; • Participate in parent meetings, support team meetings, and pedagogical council sessions.
