Main responsibilities:
Lead pedagogical work in preschool education
Provide methodological guidance for the educational process
Research and compile the latest pedagogical insights and promote the institution's best pedagogical practices
Regularly perform data entry and maintenance in the e-class system
Communication with educators and parents of students
Familiarize yourself with internal and external regulations of the educational institution
Work load 0.2 (gross salary for full-time position EUR 1645.00)
Requirements for candidates:
Education in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of 11.09.2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Professional Development of Pedagogues"
Knowledge of the goals and objectives of preschool education programs
Pedagogical experience in preschool education (at least three years)
Ability to make decisions in critical situations
Ability to independently and creatively organize your work and collaborate in a team
Initiative and sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
Proficiency in the state language at the highest level
Ability to work with the Internet, e-class, MS Office standard programs, online documents
Additional education (special education teacher, primary school teacher, Latvian language, music, or other EU foreign language teacher) will be considered an advantage
