Information regarding a vacancy for a deputy principal position in education (primary level) Employment contract: indefinite duration Work schedule: 1 full-time position Salary: 2500.00 EUR + health insurance policy (after probation period) Key job responsibilities: Develop school curriculum plans in accordance with the model curriculum standards set by the Ministry of Education and Science, the school's long-term development plan, and Ikšķiles vidusskola's specific operating characteristics; Allocate and classify teaching staff workloads in accordance with the developed school curriculum; Ensure preparation of statistical reports and submissions; Monitor the quality of pedagogical staff work, methodological activities, compliance with regulatory documents, and other duties as outlined in the job description. Requirements: Education and professional qualifications in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018; Compliance with restrictions specified in Part 5 of Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; High sense of responsibility and attention to detail; Ability to plan and organize one's own work and that of others.
