Workplace Information Vårdcentralen Kusten operates in the western part of Kungälv Municipality; Ytterby, Kärna, and Marstrand with just over 19,800 registered patients. We are a private health center within Praktikertjänst AB. Familjehuset Klippan is a clinic specializing in children and adolescents' mental health, UPH. The operation is an additional assignment within the healthcare choice health center for Kungälv Municipality and neighboring municipalities. It is an open clinic with a specific mandate to serve children and young people ages 6-18 with mental health issues. The operation consists of several psychologists and social workers, plus additional resources at the health center as needed, such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians. The primary focus is short-term treatment interventions, individual, group, or internet-based. The goal is to strengthen care for children and young people with mild mental health issues and to provide support to health centers in the surrounding area through consultation and supervision. We have an integrated approach working together with Kungälv Municipality. Familjehuset Klippan is a collaboration between Vårdcentralen Kusten, Västra Götalandsregionen, and Kungälv Municipality. Familjehuset is located a 1-2 minute walk from Ytterby Station/bus stop. Trains to/from Gothenburg take approximately 20 minutes. Job Responsibilities The work has a primary care perspective and includes counseling, assessment, treatment, and diagnosis of children and young people, ages 6-18, with mild to moderate mental health issues based on need and stepped care.
