Your Tasks As a restaurant manager for our restaurants, you will be part of a restaurant group consisting of several managers and head chefs, who together operate the restaurants and contribute development suggestions. Your responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, team leadership and coaching of service staff. You work in operations with guest-facing service. You will also follow guidelines and work procedures in line with budget and develop work around this. Beyond the above, you provide excellent service to all our guests and ensure that we have clean and welcoming restaurants. At Kungsberget, we believe that happy employees lead to happy guests. Requirements You need at least 3 years of experience from restaurants. You have experience in leadership. You are comfortable with English and Swedish in both speaking and writing. You have a driver's license and access to a car.
