JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking support persons for the Support & Residential unit at Furuboda Folk High School Yngsjö. The work involves providing individually tailored support to participants with various functional variations in all aspects of daily life with the goal of strengthening the individual's own abilities. You will be present both during daytime at school and during mornings, evenings, and weekends at the residential facility. You will participate in planning and implementing leisure activities as well as in participants' general daily living. The position also includes overnight on-call duty. The role also involves working evenings at our upper secondary residential facility. You must therefore submit an extract from the criminal record register. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing assistant education or other education and/or experience deemed equivalent. Post-secondary education is meritorious as is previous work with young people.
