About the Job We're looking for you who enjoys food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Åhus Rondellen! In short, the role means you help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. The position includes: Permanent employment at 32 hours per week, probationary period applies Start Date: By agreement Working Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Here's more about the role: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce and vegetable department. You are responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is attractive and seasonally relevant, thus contributing to the store reaching its sales and profitability targets. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a great smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it. You are thorough, responsible, and have high ambitions. It's also great if you: Have experience working in a produce and vegetable department in a store or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development. See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done. It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or with customer service, but it's not a requirement. You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
