Job Description As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, staff, and finances. You lead the clinic's management group and collaboration group and ensure that the operation develops and contributes to achieving established goals through good collaboration with managers, staff, and union representatives. You will be part of the Psychiatry Center's management group and, together with your operations colleagues in the region, continue developing future adult psychiatry. You will continuously provide legal support in change and development processes and also contribute to legal governance within the authority. The role also includes responsibility for revising and monitoring the authority's regulations and general guidelines as well as other governing documents. You will prepare and present the authority's statements on referrals and develop proposals for statements to, among others, the Parliamentary Ombudsman and the Chancellor of Justice. The work may also include preparing motions for legislative changes to the Government. You will provide support in legal proceedings, represent the Swedish Prison and Probation Service in court, and make decisions in certain compensation and damages cases. Work as an in-house legal counsel is independent and varied. The work involves ongoing contact with, among others, the Government Offices, other authorities, and other parts of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service operations. There are good opportunities for remote work of up to 60 percent depending on individual circumstances. The work location for this position is either Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, or Norrköping.
