We at Attendo are now seeking two care assistants for Vårdbo Norrtälje. We are located in Grind on the outskirts of Norrtälje with beautiful views over Norrtäljeviken. Our focus is on Meals – we prepare all food from scratch and believe that nutrition is a very important part of our quality care. About the Role As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing quality care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a major part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly residents. Your work tasks include: • Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes • When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. • Perform documentation and work according to established services • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff We Are Looking for You: We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in elderly care. Qualifications Requirements: • Care assistant education of at least 1350 credits • Professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant • Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written) • Good computer skills/computer experience Merits: • Experience from care work in elderly care • Experience with delegation What Can We Offer You?
