As a personal assistant with us, you'll help create security, freedom, and quality of life for a person with a disability in Västerås. We're now hiring several assistants on an hourly basis, part-time and full-time. The position involves working in the client's home and immediate surroundings. About the Role As a personal assistant, you provide support in what's needed for daily life to function safely and smoothly. You will, among other things: Assist with personal daily activities such as hygiene, getting dressed, and meals Help around the home, for example with cooking, cleaning, and shopping Accompany clients on activities, errands, and social occasions Provide attentive and responsive support for the client's wishes and needs Contribute to structure, security, and independence in daily life Work hours are day, evening shifts, according to a rotating schedule. Who We're Looking For You don't need experience in healthcare or care – your personality matters greatly. What's important is that you want to make a difference and enjoy helping others. We believe you: Are responsible, calm, and confident Are attentive, respectful, and good at collaboration Can work independently and take your own initiative Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Have a driver's license Previous experience in personal assistance, home care, or healthcare is an advantage but not required.
