IF Metall is now seeking a service-oriented accounting assistant for the department in Värmland with placement in Karlstad. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement. Duties Your main responsibilities will be ongoing bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll administration and handling of travel expense reports. Assist in closing the books. Support operations on financial matters and financial administration related to union activities. The work may also include other administrative tasks at the department office such as mail handling, etc. You will also serve as backup in some of these tasks for our sister branch, which may involve travel to their office in Karlskoga. Qualifications We are looking for someone with upper secondary education, preferably with an economics focus, and with at least three years of experience in broad accounting work including bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll administration, and employer declarations. If you have also worked with preliminary closing procedures, that is an advantage. You have very good knowledge of the Office suite and experience with Visma Control and electronic invoice handling is a merit. It is also beneficial if you are experienced in handling travel expense reports. About the job: We are now looking for a dishwasher for our restaurant during August and September. Your responsibilities will include washing dining room and kitchen dishes, sorting clean dishes in the correct places, and polishing glasses. Work and clean according to routine during opening/closing and of course keep your work area clean and tidy. We will provide you with necessary training on site and therefore do not require any previous experience, although it is a plus.
