The estate has been owned by the Åkerblad family since the 1400s & today the 19th–22nd generation of Åkerblads work together with a strong 50-person team to provide guests with a memorable experience. Server/Waitstaff, 1 position, temporary employment Your responsibilities… As a Server/Waitstaff member, you will be part of a team working to serve and meet our guests' high expectations. Your main responsibilities include serving food and beverages for both lunch and dinner guests. Lunches are offered as buffet & plated service & dinners are dominated by our constantly updated à la carte menu. Your position includes preparation and resetting of the dining room, such as table setup, dishwashing, polishing, etc. There is also some bar work involved, and most importantly, making sure our wonderful guests enjoy themselves. Competency profile… You have work experience in à la carte service and good knowledge of wines. Your most important qualities include strong teamwork abilities and being an integral part of a cohesive team. You must also be able to work quickly and prioritize with quality results that meet management's standards. We place great importance on personal chemistry, professional pride, and your interest in keeping up with the industry's continuous development.
