ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Test Engineer, you will become part of an experienced team working with environmental testing and verification of advanced technical products. The team's task is to ensure that products meet the requirements and specifications agreed upon with the customer. The role is varied and combines practical work in the test environment with extensive documentation. Approximately half of your time will be spent conducting tests and the other half on planning, analyzing, and documenting test results. Documentation is a central part of the work and must maintain very high quality since the results form the basis for verifying that products meet the specified requirements. You will work closely with other engineers and functions within the organization and have the opportunity to build a broad understanding of both the products and their applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and conduct environmental testing based on established requirements and specifications. Perform vibration, temperature, and EMC testing, among others. Analyze and compile results from conducted tests. Develop test procedures, reports, and other technical documentation. Ensure that documentation maintains high quality and meets specified requirements. Collaborate with colleagues and other technical functions in connection with verification and testing. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have approximately 2–3 years of relevant work experience in testing, verification, or environmental testing. Have experience working practically in a lab or test environment. Have good experience with technical documentation and are accustomed to documenting test results in a structured and meticulous manner. Have experience with, for example, vibration, temperature, and/or EMC testing. Have relevant technical education in, for example, electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing, as both languages are used in the work and in technical documentation. Have the ability to travel for work purposes several times per year. It is not necessary, but advantageous if you have: Experience with measurement technology, electronic design, or verification of hardware products. Experience from operations where products are tested against comprehensive requirement specifications and standards. Experience with EMC testing or work in an EMC chamber.
