Assistant Service Manager
Comex Electronics AB is an established and well-known supplier of IT security to the Swedish Armed Forces as well as authorities and government agencies with high demands on information security. Job responsibilities: In this role, you will support the Service Manager and lead a small service team, working in premises separated from the rest of the business. You will perform troubleshooting and repairs on Comex's proprietary hardware products, which include computers, printers, copiers, phones, etc. You will work both independently and in groups as well as with other departments, such as the Development and Production departments. The position also includes planning and reporting of service work as well as documentation of performed troubleshooting and testing against the ticket management system. The position also includes customer contracts and support, for example via phone and email. The role is highly varied and tasks change frequently from one week to the next. The majority of the work will be carried out at Comex's premises in Arninge, north of Stockholm, but customer visits may also be relevant - primarily in the Stockholm area, but also in the rest of Sweden.
