About Us District heating plays an important role in the energy transition and in the development of our cities. Within E.ON's district heating operations, we work closely with our customers to find long-term and sustainable energy solutions together. Our customers in the Stockholm region are primarily property management companies, municipal companies, and housing associations, where long-term relationships and understanding of customer needs are central to our business. Now we are looking for a manager who wants to lead our sales team in Stockholm with responsibility for customer relations and new business development and continue to grow our business in the region. Your Role You are responsible for our customer relations and district heating sales in the Stockholm region and lead a team of key account managers, business engineers, and a business coordinator. Together, you will develop our customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and create long-term value for both our customers and E.ON. In this role, you will, among other things: Lead, coach, and develop your team and create good conditions for engagement and results. Build and develop long-term customer relationships and have personal responsibility for some of our larger strategic customers. Drive and develop the business in the region with a focus on profitable and long-term sustainable solutions for both our customers and E.ON. Represent E.ON in dialogue with customers, municipalities, and other stakeholders and actively monitor urban development in the region through dialogue, networking, and by understanding our customers' needs. Follow up on sales and results and create structure and momentum in the team's work. Work on strategic development of operations and our business. You will be part of both the Commercial leadership team and the leadership team for district heating operations in the Stockholm region, where you and your colleagues will contribute to developing our operations and driving the business forward. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with experience from energy, real estate, infrastructure, urban development, or similar operations and a good understanding of complex business and customer needs. We would like you to have a good understanding of the construction and real estate sector, its stakeholders, decision-making processes, and procedures that influence energy choices and business in new construction and renovation projects. We also see that you have experience leading others, as a manager or in another leadership role. As a leader, you are confident, attentive, and have the ability to meet, challenge, and develop employees with different experiences and needs. You create structure and momentum and have the ability to take a step back and see the business from a larger perspective. We also see that you have strong business acumen and the ability to build trusting relationships.
