Emil Lundgren AB is seeking a Project Manager for Service at our business unit in Stockholm. You will sell and manage service projects in the electrical and telecommunications field for our customers, primarily construction, property, and facility management companies.
You will be supported by engaged, competent technicians who take pride in working at Emil Lundgren, which has been active in the electrical industry for over 100 years. Are you interested in helping develop our Service department? We would be happy to meet with you as soon as possible!
We provide service for electrical and telecommunications systems in Stockholm/Mälardalen, including: shopping centers, retail stores, rental properties, smaller industrial facilities, KNX installations, fiber and data network design/installation, and access control and burglar alarm design/installation.
Your Responsibilities
Visit and develop relationships with both existing and new customers.
Negotiate and be responsible for concluding service agreements.
Have overall responsibility for project timelines, budgets, and results.
Together with the lead technician, assign the right technicians from the service department or through subcontractors.
For smaller projects, support technicians with cost estimates and material selection for quotes.
Plan resources, lead, allocate, control, and follow up on work tasks in ongoing projects in accordance with established goals to create satisfied customers.
Responsible for quality, environment, occupational safety, and documentation.
Report to the Service Manager. Office location is in Bergshamra (Solna).
Your Background/Personality
Experienced project manager/service manager who has managed service projects in electrical/telecommunications or related fields.
Educated in electrical work or with equivalent professional experience.
Driven by business development and upselling with the goal of creating long-term service agreements.
With humble and clear leadership in projects, you build trust among technicians and customers.
You are structured, thorough, and can manage multiple service assignments simultaneously—this makes you a good fit for our service team.
Good knowledge of project economics, contract law, and occupational safety are advantageous.
You have good computer skills.
