DUTIES As Senior Curator, you are expected to conduct high-quality research in mineral science, both independently and in collaboration with other researchers, utilizing the Unit's analytical resources. Your responsibilities include developing and leading a competitive research program, applying for and obtaining external research funding, and recruiting and mentoring master's students, doctoral candidates, and postdoctoral researchers. You should also be able to host visiting researchers. The position also includes responsibility for operation, maintenance, and development of the NRM's mineralogical laboratories and promoting their use in research and analysis.
