PN's collaboration with Bravida gives you both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to kickstart your career as a Refrigeration Technician. After 12 introduction weeks that include onboarding and mentoring, you will begin your assignment at Bravida, in an industry where the demand for expertise is constantly growing.
About the Position
Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program for the second time in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are developing the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introduction period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the Refrigeration Technician role.
You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transfer to Bravida, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

About the Introduction Period
The introduction period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical sections are combined with practical exercises to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop skills in areas such as:
Refrigeration Technology
Electrical Systems
Piping Systems and System Setup
Refrigerants and F-gas Regulations
Refrigeration Certificate Category 1

About the Position
As a Refrigeration Technician at Bravida in Linköping/Norrköping, you will become part of the service department and work on various types of service assignments at customer locations. You will be part of an experienced and dedicated team where you have the opportunity to develop long-term. To give you the right conditions in the role, you will initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually get to know the organization, the customers, and the different types of facilities you work with.
In the role, you will primarily work with service, maintenance, and smaller projects within refrigeration. You will have contact with customers and work on investigations, troubleshooting, and action proposals on customer facilities. You will also work on the installation of smaller systems and heat pumps. The position includes recurring troubleshooting service work at Bravida's contract customers as well as documentation and reporting in systems. Over time, on-call duty may also be part of the role, as well as overnight stays related to work outside Östergötland.
We Are Looking for You If You
Are 18 years old or older
Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Have a strong interest in making a career change to Refrigeration Technician
Hold a valid B-class driver's license
Have passed the required tests (MAP & Matrigma)
Have passed a background check
